Services for corporate clients

The Sparkleworks advantage

When you have a complicated event or project to coordinate, you often need external help to achieve your goals. Outsourcing can be a dirty word, but it's a known fact: your company needs to concentrate on what you do best. If the task falls outside your core competency - or if time and resources don't allow - you need to seek a reliable partner.

Picking that assistance can be frustrating. Will they share the same commitment as your coworkers? Do they have professional, courteous attitudes? Will they deliver what they promise?

Sparkleworks personnel stand behind our commitment to high quality work. Our references can speak to our refreshing honesty, dedication, attention to detail, and our sense of humor when the pressure's on. With our nationwide contacts and resources, we can find the skilled people you need even if they're not local to you - or to us. Our experience is a good indication of what we bring to the table. We'd be happy to demonstrate.

Good words

I know of no other security management vendor that has pursued interactive design... to our extent, nor any other graphic design firm that has worked in this field. Our advanced efforts draw upon David's work as a pioneer in this field.... It is with great pleasure that I recommend him and his firm for advanced engagements such as ours.

You did such a fantastic job with the video of our STARS program and meeting! I can't tell you what an important project this was for our company. The final product is amazing and one we will be proud to share with others for years to come.

- Maria Wright, State Bank

As a nonprofit organization, it is always difficult to provide the level of professional marketing materials that we'd like.  Sparkleworks offered to assist us by producing an 8-minute piece we can proudly use to show our sponsors what their funds help support while also helping us solicit additional funding for our trailer program. David is a pro in every way. He is amazingly creative, which was really important since I forced him to create the film from hours of badly photographed raw footage. All of my board members were thrilled with the final piece and look forward to future collaborations with Sparkleworks.

Sparkleworks prepared a PowerPoint presentation for our law firm that we now use extensively to explain complex legal issues to our clients. It's slick and very professional. It's already more than paid for itself.

The One Knite reunion concert website was a complex, evolving project that Sparkleworks made much easier. The concert, headlined by the Flatlanders, was a major Austin event that was showcased on the front page of the Statesman's entertainment section. Sparkleworks handled all the digital aspects of the event - website, guest book, print collateral, newspaper ads, photo galleries, and a full-sized concert poster. They even designed and registered our website so that it comes up first when you search for us on Google and other search engines.

They worked with us both before and after the concert to fit the project to our needs, and they were willing to compromise on rates in exchange for a sponsorship listing. We loved their work and professionality, and so did all our concertgoers and musicians. They went the extra mile, and we recommend them wholeheartedly.

- Rebecca Kohout, One Knite reunion chair

With your experience and knowledge, I understand that you can add lot of value to this course by doing this critical last chapter. As you have seen from the chapter outline, this chapter is the mother of all chapters and I am sure you are the right guy to do it.

We've been going through going through designs around the office, and everybody here is really excited about your work.

Got nothin but wowwow big time flattery for the web site. [I'll] spread your name around.

We sent David Chang out to IUP in Beijing last May. Our Resident Director only had great things to say about his professionalism and his ability to capture student life at IUP.

I always found myself trying to describe IUP to potential applicants over the phone, but this year, I was happy to just give them a website address where they could view the 20-minute video about IUP’s programs.

Each of our board members now has a copy.... They used to dread holding [informational] sessions; now they just let the DVD do the work. Our marketing results have surprised us this year: normally we fill up with 35 academic year students and then turn to our waitlist to try to fill up to 50. This year, we filled up with 50 very strong academic year students and will probably not touch our waitlist. I think more qualified applicants signed up this year because the video helps confirm that their experience at IUP will be authentic.
